Traditional chinese applications

complement and support my bodywork. They enable fast and effective treatments for minor afflictions and may be necessary to set up a Shiatsu-treatment.

Moxibustion

Moxibustion is the warming of acupuncture points or regions of the body with the Moxa-"cigar". The skin is not touched with the glow. This specific warmth lingers on, relaxes the treated regions effectively and strengthens the whole system.

Gua Sha

Gua Sha is a pressure technique applied to the oiled skin with a rounded blunt edge. Repeated strokes stimulate the circulation in muscles, tissues and organs and increase the body's adaption.

Schröpfen

Cupping is the gentle alternative to Gua Sha. It increases the blood circulation and relaxes effectively.
